Ingredients Nutrition

  • 13 cup canola oil
  • 34 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 34 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1 cup spelt flour
  • 12 cup oat flour
  • 12 teaspoon baking soda
  • 14 teaspoon salt (omit if using salted peanut butter)
  • 12 cup peanut butter morsels
  • 12 cup chopped Nutter Butter sandwich cookies
  • 13 cup mini chocolate chip

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F and line a cookie baking sheet with parchment.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together oil, brown sugar, honey, egg and vanilla until combined.
  3. Beat in peanut butter.
  4. Mix in flours, baking soda and salt (if using) until just combined.
  5. Fold in peanut butter morsels, Nutter Butters and mini chocolate chips.
  6. Form into balls and place on the baking sheet 2" apart.
  7. Bake for 8-9 minutes.
  8. Cool on the sheet.
