  1. In a medium bowl mix flour and brown sugar, add margarine and mix until coarse crumbs.
  2. Stir in coconut and almonds.
  3. Sprinkle evenly in ungreased 9 x 13 baking dish.
  4. Bake 350 degrees for 18 – 22 minutes or until golden brown, stirring twice.
  5. Reserve 1C.

  9. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  10. Gradually beat in whipping cream.
  11. Add milk and pudding mix; beat at high speed until thickened.
  12. Stir in drained pineapple, mix well.
  13. Pour over cooled crust.
  14. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
  15. Cover and refrigerate before serving.
