  • 709.77 ml orange juice
  • 709.77 ml pineapple juice
  • 14.79 ml finely grated peeled fresh ginger
  • 473.18 ml vodka
  • 946.36 ml chilled ginger ale (or club soda)
  • orange wedge, for garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. In a large pitcher, stir together orange juice, pineapple juice, ginger, and vodka.
  2. Refrigerate until cold, at least 1 hour (and up to 1 week).
  3. Just before serving, stir in ginger ale.
  4. Serve over ice, garnished with orange wedges, if desired.
