“Simple to make - substitute juice to suit whatever fruit juice is available. The combination listed below tastes just like Frosty Fruits. If you don't have icy pole/popsicle moulds, freeze in a shallow metal dish then break up with a fork and serve as a granita. NOTE: Cooking time includes freezing time, and will vary.”

Directions

  1. Combine water and sugar in a saucepan and stir over low heat to dissolve.
  2. Bring to boil, stirring, for ten seconds. Remove from heat.
  3. Add coconut cream and juices and stir well.
  4. Allow to cool completely, stirring from time to time to recombine coconut cream.
  5. When cooled completely, pour into moulds and insert sticks. Freeze until solid.
