  • 2 12 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 3 ounces sliced almonds

Directions

  1. In a 8x8 casserole dish, layer potatoes, then cheese, then pineapple, then spread soup on top and sprinkle with almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
