Tropical Smoothie
"I had some crushed pineapple and a frozen banana and decided to make me a smoothie with it for lunch. I added a few other things and it turned out great. This is so simple and taste wonderful."

- 1 banana, frozen
- 1⁄4 cup crushed pineapple
- 6 ounces yogurt, boston cream pie from yoplait
- 1⁄4 cup milk (more if you like a thinner smoothie)
- 2 tablespoons coconut flakes
directions
- Combine all the ingredients into a blender and blend.
- NOTE: When freezing the banana, make sure you peel it first. Then place it into a ziplock bag and place in freezer.
