  • 14 cup green onion, slices
  • 14 cup coconut
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing, reduced fat
  • 1 tablespoon chopped seeded jalapeno pepper (optional)
  • 3 (1 lb) pork tenderloin, grilled

Directions

  1. MIX all ingredients except pork until well blended.
