  • Put everything in the blender and puree until smooth. You may add more water until it is the consistancey you are comfortable with.
  • Pour into two glasses and serve.
  • Leftovers can be kept covered in the fridge for a day.

  1. I love green smoothies and this definitely has a lot of good ingredients. Needs a bit of tweeking for my tastes. Very thick, possibly because of the flax seed and carrots, and water diluted the flavors somewhat. Love the idea and I'll work on this. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
