- 4 cups white rice (cooked)
- 2 (6 ounce) cans tuna
- 1⁄8 cup fat free sour cream
- 2 tablespoons basil
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1⁄4 cup diced tomato
directions
- Add garlic salt, basil and cracked pepper to water before adding rice to cook(follow amount and directions on rice package).
- Add sour cream and drained tuna to rice and stir well.
- Top with diced tomatoes.
- ENJOY!
