  • 1 (6 1/2 ounce) can tuna, drained
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 12 cup onion, diced
  • 12 cup shredded colby cheese
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 large hamburger buns or 12 small hamburger buns

directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix together all ingredients except buns.
  • Fill buns with mixture.
  • Place in 9 x 13" pan, cover with foil.
  • Bake 15 minutes and let cool.

  1. Made as directed, but tripled the ingredients. Glad I did because one 6-oz can of tuna would not have served even 4 of us. I thought these seemed a little pasty - maybe too much bread crumbs. I will play around with this recipe. Thanks for sharing.
