  1. We loved this dish & I esp like this type recipe ... 1 that is made w/ingredients you are almost certain to have in your pantry or fridge. At 3:00 pm, I realized I had not gotten anything out to thaw for dinner, so I ck'd what I had & needed to use. Then I found your recipe I had saved when your *PAC Mom* posted her photo. I added 1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper I needed to use + extra chili sauce & skipped the butter crackers. The sauce seemed a bit thin right out of the oven, but was well-set after a few min. It was like comfort food w/a bit more of a bite the way I made it. Thx for sharing this will be made again recipe w/us. ... *Edited to add a star because this is even better the 2nd day* :-)

  2. Excellent! This may become my go-to recipe for tuna casserole now! This time, I cut it in half to use up a half can of mushroom soup. Because I had everything on hand except the tuna, I used a 3 oz pouch of salmon which I did have. Otherwise followed the recipe (but left out the chopped celery). Next time I will make a full recipe! Thanks for posting your creation!

  3. My DH made this for dinner. This is a great recipe and had great flavor. He used 2 cans of tuna but otherwise he made this as stated. Good flavor and very filling. Served with broccoli. Reviewed for PAC Fall 07.

  4. This was made for Spring 2007 PAC. I really enjoyed this - so ate 2 bowls! One of the daughters thought it was too spicy but the other daughter really enjoyed it. DH would have liked it except he was out of town so will miss out this time. I WILL be making this again, though. I especially loved the celery and spicy. Thanks Andy!
