Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 12 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 14 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons diced pimentos (optional)
  • 1 (8 ounce) box small shell pasta, cooked for 6 minutes and drained
  • 1 (7 ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked
  • 12 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 small onion, chopped

Directions

  1. In large suacepan, saute celery and onion in butter over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
  2. Stir in soup, milk, and pimento until blended.
  3. In 2 quart casserole toss the pasta and the tuna; mix well.
  4. Pour the sauce over the pasta.
  5. Mix together bread crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle over pasta.
  6. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes.
