Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (12 ounce) can tuna, flaked (I prefer the albacore in water)
  • 1 (15 ounce) can peas (or frozen ones)
  • 8 ounces extra wide egg noodles, cooked
  • 2 celery ribs, diced
  • 1 large onion, diced (yellow or white)
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • crushed saltines or Cheez-It crackers
  • 2 (4 ounce) cans mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Combine all ingredients in casserole dish, top with additional crushed crackers or cheez-its.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes.
