  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • 5 (5 ounce) cans tuna (drained)
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag egg noodles (cooked)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 12 teaspoon oregano (optional)
  • 14 teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • 12 teaspoon basil
  • 14 teaspoon thyme (optional)
  • 14 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
  • 14 teaspoon ground pepper (optional)
  • 20 Ritz crackers

  • Melt butter in microwave.
  • Pour melted butter in 9 x 13 pan.
  • In the 9 x 13 pan, add seasonings, cream of
  • Add cream of celery soup to the 9 x 13 pan and stir.
  • Add milk to the pan and stir.
  • Add tuna to the pan and stir.
  • Add cooked egg noodles to the pan and stir.
  • Flatten the ingredients, making a smooth layer.
  • Crumble the Ritz crackers and coat top of casserole with crackers.
  • Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
