Directions

  1. Spray a medium saucepan with non-stick cooking spray (or use oil if you like) and saute the onion and garlic for a few minutes.
  2. Add the hot pepper and tuna, and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add the salt and spices, mix well.
  4. Add tomato sauce and about 2 tbsp water if mixture seems too dry.
  5. Next add the pasta and mix well, cover and reduce heat.
  6. Cook for about 5 minutes.
