  • Cook 200 gr (bowtie) pasta al dente in salted water.
  • Chop 2 garlic cloves into very small pieces.
  • Pour the oil of the tuna can into a big pan, and add the chopped garlic add the crumbled toasted breadcrumbs fry a bit.
  • Now add the pasta.
  • Crumble the tuna and add it, add the capers or the parsley.
  • Fry well.

  1. I changed the pasta to fusilli, used coriander instead of parsley, and this was delicious! With a simple salad on the side it was a wonderful lunch!
     
  2. This is really good. I especially loved the crunchy bits of bread. I'd like to find a vegetable to add to this to make it a one dish meal. Peas maybe? Overall, really quick, delicious, and easy meal! Thanks Brabo....
