  • Crumble enough saltines to cover the bottom of a standard pie plate.
  • In a large bowl mix tuna, cheese, and onion. Spoon over crackers.
  • Stir together eggs, mayo and milk. Pour over tuna mixture.
  • Bake at 375 for 50 minutes.

  1. I liked it ok but it was a bit lacking on flavor (aside from fish flavor) Perhaps the addition of a few spices might improve this. Also it was a bit greasy. I would suggest using sour cream instead of mayonnaise.

I am a homemaker and mother of 3 wonderful girls. I have always loved cooking (and eating). My maternal grandmother was a fabulous cook. She made the best biscuits I have ever tasted hopefully I am following in her foot steps. I am trying to branch out and add more variety to the dishes I make for my family. My children are very picky eaters so cooking for the family can be a challenge.
