Pretty darn good and a good way to use up that little bit of leftover mashed potato. I added a bit of garlic to my potatoes, and added chopped scallion and some no-salt seasonings to the mix, just to up the flavor factor. Mr Grumpy ate without complaining much, he did not really like the texture all that much, but he ate all of his dinner. Served with green salad and buttered noodles.

Years ago, my mom made tuna patties and she made potato patties but never together! This is a great combination. i made a quarter recipe using 3 oz envelope albacore tuna, leftover Recipe #202490, green onion instead of celery. YUM! I will make this again! Served with Recipe #374980 for a quick, light lunch. Thanks for sharing Annacia. Made for When It's Hot Tag Game.

The flovor is tasty and they brown nicely with just a spray of pam. I had a small problem with the mixture being a bit too dry. I nearly missed keeping the water from the tunain the recipe.I suggest if the mixture is too dry add an egg. I added 1 tsp of Italian herbs as well as the seasoned crumbs.. I will make again adding an egg Thanks Annacia for posting the recipe

We really enjoyed this easy recipe. I added some chopped onions to the celery and microwaved 2 minutes before mixing it all together.I served with my own tartar sauce. My DH told me to make sure to keep this recipe.I prepared them in the morning and it was nice to have them ready to fry at supper time. I made this for Photo Tag.Thanks for posting this one. Rita
