  • 1 (8 ounce) can pickled jalapeno peppers (whole)
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tuna (packed in water)
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper

directions

  • Mix the tuna, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  • Devein and take away all the seeds of your jalapeños and then pour the mixture of tuna-mayo inside the jalapeño,
  • Delicious served cold.

  1. A family favorite! We LOVE these. I did not know they were Mexican. If you like tuna and like jalapenos you Will LOVE these. Sometimes we add in chopped onion to the tuna mix. I have served these at parties and people gobble them up! They keep well also so sometimes I make a platter full to bring to work to munch on at lunch and they are just as good on day three as day one! Thank for posting this favorite recipe here!
     
  2. These are great! I add a little more mayonnaise to the tuna, and slice the jalapenos in half lengthwise to make them easier to stuff. They are a hit everywhere I take them. Thanks for sharing!
