- 2⁄3 cup basil, minced
- 1⁄4 cup oil
- 1⁄3 cup white wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1⁄8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 -2 lb tuna fillet
directions
- Blend the basil, oil, white wine vinegar, parmesan, garlic and pepper.
- Marinade the tuna in the blended sauce for 1/2 an hour.
- Bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes (don't overcook tuna).
