Turkey 3 Bean Chili

"I'm always making chili, yet never keep track of what I put in it each time. Well this time it turned out very tasty, so I need to record what I did! The texture and flavor was perfect with no tweaking. (I think the key may have been the seasoned salt/hot sauce infused turkey and the rich chicken stock used, which I had leftover from a roasted chicken.)"

  • In large bottomed saucepan cook turkey until almost done, with the seasoning salt, red pepper and hot sauce. Drain fat.
  • Add chopped onion, green pepper and garlic and sautee a few minutes.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Simmer on low heat for 15 min or so, until flavors are blended, but veggies are still crisp.
