  1. In a large bowl, combine diced turkey, celery, mayo and cumin. Toss to mix well.
  2. On each of 4 plates place 1 tostada. Top each with 1/2 cup shredded lettuce, 1/4 of the beans, 1/4 of the turkey and 1/4 of the cheese.
  3. Garnish with salsa, sour cream, and avocado slices.
