Turkey Breast in a Crock Pot

"My daughter gave me this recipe years ago. The house smells wonderful after it has been cooking for awhile and now that I am cooking for only two people, I have leftovers for sandwiches. I make a cornbread stuffing and vegetables to go with it."

  1. do you defrost turkey first???

  2. Well, it is true that the house smells wonderful while making this! The flavor is quite good (and tastes like it has more than 2 ingredients). I did wind up throwing in a shallot to cut the sweetness. The only problem was that the turkey was exceptionally dry after cooking. If you have a way of reducing the dryness this would be a lot better.
