“I orginially saw a similar "patty" using chicken by a chef on the Food Network - I thought it sounded good, but couldn't find any ground chicken, so I used ground turkey & I think it turned out pretty good!”

Directions

  1. In a saute pan on medium to medium-high heat add oil & all raw vegetables & saute until translucent. Remove & let cool.
  2. Add veggies to (raw) ground turkey & mix thoroughly.
  3. Add all dry ingredients & egg. Throughly mix & form into 4 patties.
  4. Cover & refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Cook burgers on grill, in a saute pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray or in the oven on a broiler pan until you reach 180 degrees.
  6. Serve on a bun (with condiments if you like).
