Turkey Burgers

"I orginially saw a similar "patty" using chicken by a chef on the Food Network - I thought it sounded good, but couldn't find any ground chicken, so I used ground turkey & I think it turned out pretty good!"

  • In a saute pan on medium to medium-high heat add oil & all raw vegetables & saute until translucent. Remove & let cool.
  • Add veggies to (raw) ground turkey & mix thoroughly.
  • Add all dry ingredients & egg. Throughly mix & form into 4 patties.
  • Cover & refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Cook burgers on grill, in a saute pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray or in the oven on a broiler pan until you reach 180 degrees.
  • Serve on a bun (with condiments if you like).
