Turkey Cheeseburgers, Asparagus, and French Fries Quick Dinner

ingredients
- 3 lbs ground turkey (get 80% lean, 20% fat)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon season salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 slices American cheese
- 5 teaspoons butter
- 2 hamburger buns
- 1 lb asparagus
- 1⁄4 olive oil (or more- if desired)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon season salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- 16 ounces French fries
directions
- preheat oven to 375.
- -Mold ground turkey meat into medium-large burgers, on wax paper.
- Mold meat into hands like patty.
- -Liberally apply salt and pepper on top and bottom of burger.
- - Line a baking dish with foil.
- -spray foil with cooking spray.
- - Place patties on top of baking dish- make sure the patties are not touching.
- - Let them cook for 15 minutes.
- - Flip burgers at 15 minute mark.
- - Let this side cook for 15 minutes, during the last 3 minutes add one slice of American cheese.
- - Place one teaspoon of butter on each side of a burger bun. This recipe is making 2 burgers, so that's 4 sides.
- - Set stove-top to medium-high heat with a a teaspoon of butter in pan.
- - Toast burger buns for 2 minutes on each side until lightly brown.
- - Place burger in bun and then you are done!

Asparagus:
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Wash Asparagus.
- Pat dry with paper towel.
- Line a baking dish with foil.
- Place asparagus on baking dish.
- Rub 1/4 olive oil onto all asparagus.
- Rub thoroughly for about 2 minutes- you want seasonings to stick.
- Place 1/2 teaspoon season salt in hand.
- Crumble season salt in hand then, sprinkle onto ALL asparagus'.
- Repeat last step for 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
- Place in oven for 15 minutes.
- Take out of oven and wait 5 minutes before serving.
- French Fries.
- Follow Package Directions.
