- 1 lb ground turkey
- 8 ounces red kidney beans
- 1 diced onion
- 8 ounces diced tomatoes
- 6 ounces tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
directions
- In a large skillet cook Ground Turkey on Med-High until almost all the way through, drain fat.
- Add onions and minced garlic, continue to cook on Med-High for 5 minutes.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, reduce heat to Med-Low and simmer for 30-40 minutes.
