  1. Brown the ground turkey, drain then toss it in the crockpot with all the other ingredients except the spinach. If using cooked turkey, dice it and then just dump it in the crock pot, no need to heat it up.
  2. Cover and cook on high 4 to 6 hours or on low 8 to 10 hours.
  3. An hour before serving, stir in the bag of spinach, cover and continue cooking.
