ingredients
- 2 slices bread
- 4 slices honey smoked turkey
- 1 slice swiss cheese
- Miracle Whip
- onion (sliced)
- cucumber (peeled and sliced)
- tomatoes (sliced)
- pepper (to taste)
- salt (to taste)
directions
- Spread Miracle Whip on both slices of bread.
- Put remaining ingredients on bread and eat!

I served this sandwich to my bridge club and ended up sharing with 3 other people.....Accumulate the ingrediants and it's easy to make a few hours ahead. I used very thin while bread!!! A Winner -
Perfect NebraskaGirl-for some reason I always use mayo. on our sandwiches, and forget to add cukes. Thanks for reminding me. The sweetness of the Miracle Whip was complimentary with the honey smoked turkey. I did leave the skin on the cukes to hold in moisture so we wouldn't have soggy sandwiches at lunchtime, for bread of choice I used 100% whole wheat. Thanks again!
