  • In a small pan over high heat, bring water to a boil.
  • Add in tomatoes; remove pan from heat and let stand 10 minutes; drain and dry.
  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • In a big bowl mix tomatoes, turkey, onion, garlic, egg, bread crumbs, milk, parsley, salt, poultry seasoning, and pepper.
  • Shape into 1 ½ inch meatballs; place on a lightly oiled or sprayed baking sheet with a rim.
  • Bake about 15 minutes, until browned, stirring once.
  • Meanwhile, in a saucepan whisk broth and wine with flour.
  • Place over med-high heat; bring to a boil.
  • Whisk until thickened; season with salt and pepper.
  • Add meatballs and juices; simmer until flavors are blended, about 5 minutes.
  • Serve over hot cooked rice or noodles.
