Directions

  1. Purify onion (you need the juice for making the meatballs juicy) and garlic together. I use a mini chopper.
  2. preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. combine turkey, onion/garlic mix, and egg in a mixing bowl.
  4. add grated parmesan cheese.
  5. add bread crumbs and italian seasoning.
  6. mix well.
  7. spray or butter baking sheet.
  8. roll up meatballs and place on baking sheet.
  9. Place sheet in oven for 15 minutes, then turn. They should be a nice brown color on one side.
  10. cook for another 15 minutes.
  11. This is where I add them to my spaghetti sauce that is already warmed up and just let them simmer in there while I start the noodles.
