  • In lg. skillet saute onions, mushrooms, garlic, bay leaf until onions in oil and butter until are translucent. Add basil, thyme and oregano, and cook for 5-7 minutes or until liquid is almost gone. Remove from heat. Remove bay leaf.
  • In lg. bowl, combine ground turkey with saute mixture, and oats, egg and worcestershire sauce and form into 8 patties.
  • Cook in well oiled skillet or on the grill for 5-7 minutes per side.
  • Serve on burger buns with guacamole and/or your choice of condiments.
