Turkey Noodle Bake

ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups milk
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 3 beaten eggs
- 2 cups cooked fine noodles
- 2 cups cubed cooked turkey
- 1 cup soft breadcrumbs (1 1/2 slices)
- 4 ounces shredded colby-monterey jack cheese
- 1⁄4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1⁄4 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped pimento pepper
directions
- Mix milk, soup and eggs.
- Then mix with all other ingredients in a bowl.
- Transfer to a greased 9 x 13" pan.
- Bake 350 for 30-40 minutes until knife inserted off center comes out clean. Cut in squares to serve.

This is one of my all-time favorite recipes to make with all the leftover turkey from Thanksgiving. The recipe was in my Mom's old Betty Crocker Cookbook and has become a tradition in our family. It looks and sound a little weird but tastes absolutely delicious! I do double the bread, butter, and cheese. YUM!
