  1. These are really good, though I'm not giving a star rating because I changed the recipe quite a bit. Our cucumbers got shoved to the back of the fridge and froze, so I skipped those. I used dried dill, lemon juice, and garlic powder in the yogurt. Then I used goat cheese instead of feta, and added some chopped pecans. Great way to use up leftover turkey or chicken!

  2. Tried this as written and was well pleased. The next time I played a little and added just a pinch of Curry powder (to taste) and some toasted pine nuts. Finely sliced red onions are a must.

  3. Very yummy day one... not so good day 2.

  4. Quick and easy with leftover chicken and I skipped the grapes just because I didn`t have them. I toasted the pita over an open fire then stuffed them!

  5. Made this for DD's lunch and we both enjoyed! I used low fat sour cream instead of yogurt, did not use all the required feta cheese, and used romaine lettuce instead of red lettuce. The mixture also tastes good rolled in a tortilla.

  2. I used Mama's Kitchen's Lemon Chicken leftovers for this pita. The flavors of the chicken blended nicely with the ingredients! I added walnuts and used fresh mint instead of dried mint. I also put it on a bed of spinach and shredded carrots instead of red leaf lettuce. I loved the combination of flavors in this recipe! The feta cheese is a wonderful touch! I cut this recipe in half and made two pita sandwiches.
