  • put pie crust into greased pie shell and cook at 350 until flakey and beginning to brown.
  • Saute potatoes and carrots in butter until they begin to beome tender.
  • and onions and celery and saute until tender.
  • add salt and pepper to taste.
  • add frozen veggies and heat thru.
  • and turkey and gravy and simmer to heated thru.
  • spoon ingrediants into baked pie shell and pat down.
  • put on top crust, butter or spray with olive oil and salt, pepper and maybe poultry seasoning.
  • Bake 45 minutes until ingrediants are bubbly and crust is brown You can always cover pie crust with tin foil if it cooks too fast.
