Turkey Reuben Bake

- 12 ounces turkey, cooked and chopped
- 1 (6 ounce) package Stove Top stuffing mix
- 1 2⁄3 cups water, hot
- 15 ounces sauerkraut, drained well
- 8 ounces shredded swiss cheese
- 1⁄2 cup thousand island dressing
directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix stuffing mix with hot water - set aside.
- Spray 8" square pan with Pam.
- Layer turkey in pan.
- Cover with well drained sauerkraut.
- Layer stuffing on top of sauerkraut.
- Mix cheese and salad dressing.
- Spread over stuffing.
- Bake for approx 30 minutes til edges of casserole are browned.
