- 4 cups cooked cubed turkey breast (deli or home-cooked)
- 3 scallions, sliced
- 2 celery ribs, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1⁄2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup plain nonfat yogurt (drain liquid off before measuring)
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1⁄2 teaspoon kosher salt (to taste)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper (to taste)
directions
- Toss together the turkey, scallions, celery, and parsley.
- In another bowl, whisk the remaining ingredients together; pour the dressing over the salad; stir to combine.
