Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (16 ounce) package smoked turkey sausage
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 (16 ounce) package stir fry vegetables (fresh or frozen)
  • 6 tablespoons kung pao sauce
  • 2 cups rice, cooked

Directions

  1. Cut sausage into 1/4 inch bias slices.
  2. IN a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add sausage; saute for 1 minute.
  4. Add vegetables; cok and stir for 6-8 minutes or until hot.
  5. Add sauce; cook and stir 1 minute longer until coated.
  6. Serve with hot rice.
