  1. Caramelize onion in butter.
  2. Boil water. When a rolling boil, cook noodles al dente and set aside.
  3. Add and Cook beef with garlic in skillet over medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Stir occasionally, until meat is brown (cooked), drain.
  4. Stir in soup and salt. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in sour cream; cook until hot. Serve over noodles.
