Turkey Tortilla Casserole

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Brown turkey and onion, drain, return to pan and mix in enchilada sauce,seasoning, water and green chilis.
  • Heat until hot.
  • In ungreased 11x7 inch baking dish spread 1 cup of meat mixture.
  • Cut tortillas in half. Place 6 tortilla halves on top; spread with 1/2 cup of the sour cream.
  • Top with 1/2 cup of the cheese, 1 cup of the meat mixture, and 6 tortilla halves.
  • Top with remaining sour cream, remaining meat mixture and remaining cheese.
  • Bake 30 minutes. cut into 6 equal size servings and enjoy.
  • Other: if you like it milder use green onions instead of chilis. Regular flour tortillas can be used instead of wheat.
