  • Sauté onions with black mustard seeds and turmeric.
  • Dice potatoes and add.
  • Add salt and chili to taste.
  • Cook slowly until soft.

  1. I love turmeric, so I knew this would be a great recipe. I only used half an onion and added extra chili flakes. This was great over regular long grain rice but would be even better with basmati rice.
