  1. put the rice, turmeric and stock into a large shallow pan.
  2. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes or until the stock has gone.
  3. Remove from heat, stir and cover.
  4. Leave to stand for 10 minutes.
  5. Fluff rice, season and top with the cashews and onions.
