  • 13 cup barbecue sauce, divided (I prefer Bull's Eye Bold Original)
  • 12 lb extra-lean ground beef
  • 1 cup fresh whole wheat breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 13 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 14 cup parmesan cheese, light, grated
  • 14 cup kraft sun-dried tomato and oregano salad dressing
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 egg, beaten

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Reserve 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce. Mix all remaining ingredients just until blended; press into 8x4-inch loaf pan.
  3. Bake 1 hour 5 minutes or until done, brushing with reserved BBQ sauce after 50 minutes.
  4. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing to serve.
