  • Put the oil in a pan over high heat.
  • Put beans in a food processor.
  • Add the onions and garlic, and stir until the onions have a light golden color.
  • Add the cooked onion and garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil to the beans in the food processor.
  • Puree all of the ingredients.
  • Add sage and sea salt to taste.
  • Adjust thickness with water.

  1. Awesome dip. I didn't change a thing, Great flavor with the garlic, onion and sage. Not a big fan of hummus so this is a nice alternative.
