- 1 1⁄2 cups picante sauce (mild or hot your preference)
- 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 3 cups cooked rice
directions
- Mix picanta sauce, brown sugar and mustard together.
- Place chicken in lightly sprayed 2 quart shallow baking dish.
- Pour sauce mixture over chicken.
- Bake 400 degrees for 20 minutes or til ckicken is done.
- Serve over hot rice.

Ilive in a small town that is split by the railroad tracks which gives us two county seats. One is Edgecombe and the other is Nash. I live in a rural area of Edgecombe. My husband was a farmer and we raised tobacco, cotton, soybeans, peanuts, and grain. He is retired and really enjoying life! We traveled a lot for awhile then our children began their families and we now enjoy our grandchildren and a great grand daughter.I love to bake and guess that would be my hobby.
