Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 cup cider vinegar
  • 14 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
  • 12 teaspoon dried red chili pepper flakes (more or less to taste)
  • 2 cups canola oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Combine vinegar, mustard, and chile flakes in a food processor.
  2. With the machine running, slowly add the oil to emulsify.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
