  • 8 ounces feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 roasted red pepper

Directions

  1. Remove seeds from pepper and cut pepper into slices. Place peppers in food processor.
  2. Crumble Feta cheese into food processor. Pulse a few times to mix pepper and cheese.
  3. Add yogurt and olive oil and pulse several times to combine.
  4. *For a creamier dip, add more yogurt to taste.
