  3. I halved the recipe to accompany your Layered Greek Bean Dip, which was a huge hit at the Company Christmas party. I only used 2 garlic cloves, through the garlic press. Easy to follow instructions. Wonderful!!!
     
  4. This is a good recipe but the garlic called for is way too much. Cut the garlic down to 2 cloves and you'r well on the way to Mount Olympus
     
  5. We had Tzatzsiki as part of our Easter menu. I followed the recipe -- the result was a dip that was just about overpowering with garlic. I will make this again and I will reduce the garlic by half. In my mind, this dip has plenty of potential.
