ingredients
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup shredded cucumber
- 2 teaspoons dried mint
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
directions
- Peel and de-seed 1/2 a cucumber.
- Use a cheese grater to shred cucumber.
- Add Mint, Dill and Salt to taste.
- Blend yogurt and herbs with a fork. Let flavors meld for 30 min.
- Use with souvlaki, gyros or with pita points.
