  1. Almost like the "real" deal. Not quite what I am used to but very good!

  2. This was very tasty. The only thing that I thought could be improved was the consistency. When I combined the ingredients, the sauce turned out very liquid, although I had drained out the extra liquid from the yogurt as advised. Next time I might use a different brand of yogurt (that is thicker) or let the yogurt drain for a longer period of time. Other than that...VERY GOOD!

  3. This is very tasty. I added it to a chicken sandwich making it so much more than it would have been without it. I did reduce the quantity that I made as I was the only one eating it and I did get a bit too much lemon juice in it. However, that is not the fault of the recipe but be careful with it. I added about 4 inches of cucumber that I grated. I wouldn't make it without. This is a recipe that I will return to. Thanks for posting.

Married mother of twins. I very seldom ever use recipes as they are written, always modifying and adjusting them. Many times I will take three or four different recipes and come up with a new recipe based on those. <img src="http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e347/Saturn6666/KiwiDutch/3chefstag1.jpg">
